A member of Dreamcatcher has tested positive for COVID-19.
On July 25 KST, the girl group's agency confirmed that rapper Dami tested positive for the virus over the weekend. According to the statement, she returned to South Korea on July 23, then took a PCR test on July 24, which came back positive.
Dami has had all three rounds of vaccination and is currently not experiencing any symptoms. However, she is under quarantine in accordance with government health guidelines. As a result, she will be unable to attend next week's 'Anime Matsuri 2022' schedule.
Meanwhile, all other Dreamcatcher members have tested negative.

The fandom Twitter & reddit showed this was going to happen. You had good fans looking after each other, but others just taking advantage. Every US concert you had people saying "I was in section X and now I've tested positive, check yourself". Then more saying "I'm positive but I'm still going cos I dont want to miss it."

Their next comeback should be about a month or two if they keep to schedule. If a member(s) get long covid they'll have to skip it like Oh My Girl YooA.
