On June 3 and 4, boy group ASTRO successfully held their Japan tour "The 3rd ASTROAD to JAPAN [STARGAZER]" at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Japan, attracting over 40,000 live audience from all over Japan.
ASTRO, opened the concert with their second full-length album's title track "ONE," along with a greeting, "It's been almost four years since we came to Japan for a concert. The theme of this concert is astronomers stargazing. We prepared the VCR video to be viewed just like a movie, hopefully you will enjoy it," setting the context for an interactive and immersive performance by the group.
ASTRO's live and performance also impressed people beyond borders and languages. Among the many hit songs they have performed such as "When You Call My Name," "Crazy Sexy Cool," and "Again," the group also performed "All Good," which gained huge popularity locally as a Japanese drama's OST.
In addition to group performances, the concert also comprised of the members' solo and unit group stages such as Moonbin & Sanha, as well as JinJin & Rocky performing "Candy Sugar Pop" and "After Midnight."
The group's members also communicated with the group in Japanese. While saying goodbyes at the end of the concert, Cha Eun Woo showed his gratitude towards their fans, "Thank you for coming on such a rainy day. I took a peek at you guys at the start and everyone was so cute and I was so overwhelmed."
Congrats Astro on wrapping up the sold out concert successfully!!
