Gaon chart has updated its monthly certifications for February.
First, in the album sales category, a total of 9 albums have received new certifications. Gaon's certification system recognizes albums which have sold at least 250,000 copies (platinum) according to the chart's official data. Albums must have been released for at least 6-weeks to receive a certification.
As of February 10, BTS's single album 'Butter' has been certified triple million for surpassing 3 M copies in sales. Next, NCT 2022's 'Universe' has been certified million, while ITZY's 'Crazy in Love' and Stray Kids's 'Christmas EveL' have been certified double platinum for selling over 500,000 copies. Finally, the following albums have been certified platinum for surpassing 250,000 copies according to Gaon data: TREASURE's 'The First Step: Chapter Three', EXO Kai's 'Peaches', IVE's 'Eleven', ATEEZ's 'Zero: Fever Epilogue', and SMTOWN's '2021 Winter SMTOWN: SMCU Express'.
In the downloads category, Red Velvet's "Power Up" has newly joined the certification list for surpassing 2.5 million downloads, according to Gaon data.
Lastly, in the streaming category, Lee Mu Jin's "Traffic Light" has received a platinum certification for surpassing 100 million streams. Anne-Marie's "2002" has been certified triple platinum, meaning the track has hit 300 million streams as of February 10.
