As announced by the EMK Musical Company, Lee Jaehwan, more known as KEN, main vocal of the boy group VIXX, will be joining as an additional cast in the musical, "Excalibur," which is a reinterpretation of King Arthur’s legend.
KEN, who just got discharged from the military, will return to the stage as King Arthur, alongside Kim Jun-soo, who played the same role. During an interview, Lee Jae-Hwan gladly said, “It’s an honor to be a part of the great work of EMK Musical Company. I’m so happy and excited to be on stage with some of Korea’s top musical actors, including Kim Joon-Soo, Kim Sung-Kyu, Lee Ji-Hoon, Shin Young-Sook, and Min Young-Ko.”
Given his extensive musical experience through his remarkable acts such as in "Hamlet," "Dracula," "Mefisto," and "Jack the Ripper," fans are wildly anticipating the musical actor's comeback that can display his astounding vocals and revamped acting skills.
“Excalibur” runs from January 29 to March 13 of 2022 at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.
