BTS's V has made yet another record!
According to the latest chart released by Japan's largest music chart Oricon, V's solo song 'Christmas Tree' topped the Oricon Daily Digital Single chart with 11,771 downloads on the January 13, making it the highest downloads for a song by a Korean solo artist.
As of the 16th, it has also topped iTunes charts for more than 76 hours, making it the longest K-Pop song to remain on the top of the charts.
In addition to the Oricon charts and iTunes, the song also got significant results internationally on various music charts such as Amazon Music, Spotify and more. Noteably, 'Christmas Tree' is the first Korean OST to enter the Billboard Hot 100, and the song surpassed 20 million streams on Spotify in just 18 days, setting a new record for a K-Pop male solo artist.
