Actor Lee Si Uhn has released an apology after videos and photos of him unmasked at his recent wedding began to create controversy online.
On December 26 KST, he took to his personal Instagram account to write, "I am apologizing in regard to not wearing a mask when taking bouquet photos during my wedding on the 25th. We followed the quarantine rules throughout the whole wedding process, and the ceremony was held with everyone wearing masks. However, I am sincerely sorry that I did not think carefully about the suggestion of taking off my mask for the bouquet-receiving moment."
"We apologize for any inconvenience to the guests who attended the celebration," he continued. "We will be more careful in the future. I'm sorry once again."
In response to his Instagram post, celebrity friends like artist SAMBYPEN, actor Ahn Bo Hyun, and actor Kwon Hae Sung all left comments congratulating him on his marriage.
Meanwhile, guests who attended the event were also seen without masks on during the bouquet toss, including Lee Si Uhn's former 'I Live Alone' castmate Park Na Rae. The television personality released her own official apology as well, clarifying that she only took her mask off for a moment to take photos.

Uhhh…it’s his wedding. They were vaccinated, went through quarantine, it’s not like they went clubbing. I mean I get it, but if they can have awards shows with no masks on stars let the man have his wedding. My goodness.
