Former Lovelyz's Yoo Ji Ae has signed an exclusive contract with YG KPlus.
On November 18, YG KPlus released an official statement, stating, "We will do our best in order to show Yoo Ji Ae's new sides and charms. We will not spare our support for her so that she can bring her talents to life and continue with various active promotions. Please send a lot of love and encouragement toward Yoo Ji Ae, who is beginning a new journey."
This news comes after netizens speculated that Yoo Ji Ae may be signing with YG KPlus after discovering that YG KPlus's CEO Ko Eun Kyung was following her on Instagram. YG KPlus manages not only singers, but also models, actors and actresses. Thus, many look forward to Yoo Ji Ae's future activities under her new company.
Meanwhile, Yoo Ji Ae has received a lot of love for her sweet vocals heard in Lovelyz's hit tracks "Ah-Choo", "Candy Jelly Love", and several drama OSTs they participated in.
