aespa's Giselle has apologized over a video that showed her lip-syncing a racial slur.
On October 25th, the idol member took to the group's official Twitter account to apologize for her actions. She wrote, "Hello, this is GISELLE. I would like to apologize for mouthing the wrongful word from the lyrics of the song that was playing on-site. I had no intentions of doing it with any purpose and got carried away when one of my favorite artist's songs was played. I sincerely apologize. I will continue to learn and be more conscious of my actions."
Previously on October 23rd, shortly after the 'Savage' Jacket behind the scenes video was released, Giselle faced criticisms for lip-syncing a racial slur.
Mistakes made, Apologies given.
Everyones good, lets all be friends again and move on hey?
