On July 5th, Jang Sung Kyu updated his Instagram with his weight loss progress. With his dramatic transformation pictures, he wrote, "What is this chiseled jawline? I lost 10kg in 4 weeks. I'm going to be successful with my last diet. I'm aiming not to just drop weights but I'm going to maintain my target weight after reaching it. # Yoo Ji Tae #Same clothes different vibes"
According to his update, he now weighs 88.5 kg and has a body fat percentage of 23.2%. He is 186.5 cm tall.

Whether this is healthy or not depends on how he's doing it. If he's been having a lot of high sugar, high carbohydrate foods and he cuts out sugar and switches to low GI foods, then the weight will come off pretty easy. If he's doing a fad diet of some kind, then it's not really healthy and he'll probably put the weight back on. Weight loss from diets is hard to maintain. Weight loss from lifestyle changes works a lot better.
