Golden Child's Bomin will be working alongside rookie actress Shim Dal Gi in a new Kakao TV web drama series, 'Shadow Beauty'.

The story follows the life of a young high school student named Goo Ae Jin, an ordinary girl who is self-conscious about her plain looks. However, Goo Ae Jin secretly lives a double life on SNS as the popular influencer Jinny, borrowing the power of both makeup and camera filters to create a beautiful version of herself. The web drama is based off of a popular Kakao webtoon series of the same name. 

Rookie actress Shim Dal Gi is set to play the role of the female lead Goo Ae Jin, while Golden Child's Bomin will be starring as the representative of Ae Jin's class, Kim Ho In. On the outside, he seems like a typical, hardworking student with good grades. However, Ho In also has a secret that he's keeping from everyone. 

'Shadow Beauty' will consist of a total of 13 episodes and will premiere via Kakao TV some time in the second half of 2021. Do you like the premise of the story so far?
