Back on May 6th, Joseph Mallozzi, writer and producer of "Dark Matter", "Stargate" and more, reached LOONA's company on Twitter: "Hey, Block Berry Creative, I'm ready to write and produce The LOONAVERSE T.V. series. Let's talk". This tweet sparked attention over the possibility of a T.V. show for the girl group.
Hey
On June 14th, Joseph Mallozzi posted at his personal blog: "I anxiously await notes on Project F as we discuss possibly attaching a K-pop group to the project and, hopefully, securing one of my favorite concept artists for the deck. Next up: the pilot of that near-future android murder mystery". Later that day, LOONA released a mysterious video called "&1" under the name of "Trailer", a definition the group had never used before for a preview comeback video.
After the release of the mysterious trailer, Joseph Mallozzi shared on his Twitter the tracklist of LOONA's uncoming album and the date of the release. LOONA's fans couldn't help but got excited about the possibility of Joseph Mallozzi being the producer of the girl group's project. Orbits said: "LOONAVERSE series ??", "What's happening?", " 'Game changer' had been mentioned multiple times by producers for this comeback", "What if the MV ends on a cliffhanger and, then they say to be continuted... ON NETFLIX!?" and more.
