Recently, Big Hit's TXT made a comeback with their new track, "0X1=I Know I Love You," featuring Seori. They performed it on "The Show," a South Korean music program under the production of SBS MTV.
The guys are seen wearing t-shirts and ripped jeans, keeping the black and white style. The song, although it is in the K-pop genre, is lightly touched by punk vibes. A very catchy and romantic song, indeed, pointing out the necessity of being with this person, who is a light in the dark and looks like an angel.
However, the presentation with sensational choreography and such delightful lyrics was harshly criticized by certain Korean netizens on TheQoo. There were comments where even the K-MOA seemed to not have any good opinions towards it. On the other hand, international MOA and people who are not part of TXT's fandom but K-pop, in general, have praised them, exclaiming how amazing they look in this comeback and how the hard work has gotten results.
After watching TXT's encore performance after winning on 'The Show,' Korean netizens posted their opinions towards the vocal abilities of the members, saying that they need to practice more, do more exercises. Netizens stated it seemed that they were "humming" during all the performances.
They added how "boring" it was, that they clearly weren't made for the stage and that the reputation of K-pop will be downgraded with such performances. Even though that there were many negative opinions, most of the responses had a positive in common: people were amazed by Taehyun's steady vocals, an opinion shared with overseas fans.
Of course, there were some Korean fans who supported the performance no matter what, saying how great it was and that if someone can do a better job, then it would be a good idea to stop criticizing and perform themselves. International fans opted for not really giving too much attention to the opinions. Rather than replying to them, they started to fill the social media of the guys with tons of love, in a way that only MOA can do.
A band is successful when its music has reached both domestically and internationally, and even more when people are fighting over their performance, trying to teach them how to be better when, in reality, they can't be any more amazing than they are now. And this is why TXT is just more successful every day, each day.
Congratulations to one of the leaders of the 4th generation for their spectacular comeback!
Bruh this is the Kang Daniel situation all over again. Why are people taking the encore performance so seriously? It really isn't meant to be taken seriously in the first place in the same way that the normal stage performances are.
Anyways TXT is great and have been doing amazing this comeback. I'm sure the people criticizing them can't perform even half as well. Stream the Chaos Chapter ya'll.💙
