I didnt expect Dara to leave YG and I always thought she would be YG executive for a long time (like BoA is to SM)

But I hope this means 2NE1 reunion can actually happen now that she has more freedom.

I'm sad bc Dara just about held the YG Family concept together. Nowadays, their roster is the largest it has ever been but those years until 2015 (I'd say) is when YG Family as a close bond were at its best. Big Bang are obviously the longest tenured active YG artists there but they don't quite bring closer the artists the way Dara was close w/ Sean, Se7en, Big Bang, and Winner.

I hope Dara gets more opportunities to do what she wants (maybe do something in the Philippines briefly?). I always thought that hosting shows was the best thing for her career apart from being onstage w/ 2NE1 but if she wants to perform onstage, then she should have the chance to do so.
