Filter by BTS’s Jimin re-enters US iTunes chart and continues its record march on Spotify and US Amazon

Record Maker Park Jimin and his solo songs especially “Filter” continue to receive love and support from the general listening public particularly in the United States of America. A more than a year-old song continues its popularity in the USA.
On May 25, while BTS’s latest digital single “Butter” tops the US iTunes and other music charts, other BTS’s songs also re-entered the US iTunes such as Butter (Instrumental Version), Dynamite, Life Goes On and Dope. Jimin’s solo song “Filter” also re-charted on the highly competitive US iTunes chart and peaked at No. 30. Filter is the only BTS’s solo song which re-entered the US iTunes chart.Filter was previously reported to have peaked at No. 1 on US iTunes on July 13, 2020.
Filter also dominates Amazon Music, the largest e-commerce platform in the USA. As it remains steady on its ranking at the Best-selling song of 2021 (so far), Filter maintains its position as the highest-ranking Korean solo song on Amazon’s Best Sellers-Song and Best Sellers-International categories as of May 25, 2021, ranking next to 2 versions of “Butter”.
Filter ranked No. 6, the highest rank for a Korean solo song and BTS songs on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales for the week ending May 22.
On May 21, Filter once again set a record as the most streamed Korean solo song on Spotify for the day as it gained more than half a million streams for the day, 522,035 streams to be exact. During the said day, Filter is also the 6th most streamed B-side song and 12th
most streamed BTS song. It maintains its consistency as Filter recorded a total of 488,581 streams on May 22.
Filter, released on February 21, 2020 and included in BTS’s fourth full-length album, Map of the Soul:7, remains to be one of the most popular BTS song which maintains its popularity and strength around the world especially in the USA as can be seen from its streaming and sales data.
