A.C.E's Byeongkwan will be sitting out an upcoming scheduled event for medical reasons.
On May 3 KST, the idol's agency Beat Interactive announced that he will not be attending the 'G★K-Pop' online concert scheduled for May 8 due to recently contracting shingles and asked for fans' understanding.
Meanwhile, 'G★K-Pop' is an upcoming music festival hosted by Seoul's Gangnam District and 1theK. Other artists scheduled to appear include GFRIEND, Momoland, LOONA, VICTON, CRAVITY, VERIVERY, LABOUM, Weeekly, T1419, Newkidd, and Ciipher.
Stay tuned for more news about future A.C.E activities.
Nothing's sacred. Medical information cannot even be kept a private matter.
But I'm wondering, since shingles (which I've, apparently ignorantly, always thought was the elderly's chicken pox) is highly contagious, do those who've contracted it go on some PUBLIC health list? Is this why this must be known and reported?
