Youn Yuh Jung is being commended for her role on 'Minari'.
The 27th Screen Actors Guild Awards took place on April 4th. Youn Yuh Jung was nominated for 'Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture' for her role on 'Minari'. Others nominated with her were Maria Bakalova for 'Borat Subsequent Moviefilm', Glenn Close for 'Hillbilly Elegy', Olivia Colman for 'The Father', and Helena Zengel for 'News of the World'. She ended up receiving the award over the other nominees.
