Block B, who debuted on April 15, 2011, celebrated their 10th-anniversary this year, to commemorate the special day, they prepared an event to thank their fans.
Block B shared through a KQ Entertainment statement, "Knowing it is our 10th-anniversary fills our hearts with joy. Thank you for always supporting and loving us. Just the fact that we are by each other's side gives us a lot of comfort and strength. We also want to be artists who are like friends to you, always giving you strength. We will make you happy."
Taeil, Jaehyo, and P.O showed up on a YouTube live stream where they reacted to their music videos throughout the years, talked about the members, memories, and more.
P.O shared, "We will make our comeback after all members discharge from their military service. We will make a comeback, have a reality show, and everything.. just wait a little more.”
He also added, "Think of this [anniversary] as a birthday since we will be seeing each other for a very long time."
Fans have also prepared many celebratory events for the group's anniversary, most of which Block B's member Taeil visited to share on the group's Instagram account.
KQ entertainment has celebrated the group's anniversary by preparing a few events for the fans, including screen ads at the entrance of Hongdae’s subway station, which can be visited for a month.
Members Zico and Bbomb have also taken their Instagram stories to celebrate by posting group photos with the caption, "10th anniversary."
While Ukwon posted old photos of the group with the caption:
"10 years have passed since our debut! 10 years!! When we finish our military service, how many will it be...?"
It's worth mentioning that Ukwon, Park Kyung, and Zico are still serving in the military. Bbomb will officially discharge on the 27th of April following his initial discharge through a final vacation on the 17th, and he will greet fans through a Vlive stream on the 28th.
