STAR CONTRIBUTOR

BTS Jungkook's name is no stranger to the general public today. He is the one always mentioned by non-fans whenever a topic about K-pop is brought up. The name "Jungkook" has become a global household name, the way it pops up almost everywhere in almost every region of the world. Be it music and entertainment industry, educational sector, politics, sports events, fashion, lifestyle and technology, Jungkook has been name-dropped countless times outside of the usual K-pop circle. People who don't even follow music and entertainment industry closely might still hear the name Jungkook at least once in their life, given how he constantly appears in mainstream media around the globe, including the television.

Listed below are some of the instances when Jungkook was mentioned on TV shows, news, and dramas around the world, proving his global superstar status. But Jungkook can just objectively get it! And, it's frankly shame-inducing that K-pop has produced him while American pop fans are stuck with Adam Levine, a man who looks like the world's saddest adult colouring book.” Jungkook was the only K-pop celebrity specifically mentioned there.
