BTS's j-hope regarded as a 'genius' by staff and praised for his 'quiet charisma' by industry professionals

“A K-Pop director sailing through the era,” written by Kim Sangwook, details his experience working with group BTS for their concert performances. In his comic, the concert director praises member j-hope for his talent and professionalism demonstrated onset.

For the "Just Dance" rehearsal before the stage was installed, j-hope practiced on the floor with tape. This was to help demonstrate the shape of the blocks and where they would go up and down. 

He memorized the movement cue of the blocks in one try. 

Members of staff praised him and named him as a 'genius' for memorizing confusing steps so well.

Towards the ending of the comic concert, director Kim Sangwook made some final comments on j-hope's character. 

Here, he praised him for his professionalism and considers BTS's success heeded by his 'quiet charisma.'

"Hoseok, whenever things get hectic and loud during the waiting room thank you for shouting ‘The director is here, members please gather around' and setting the mood for the meeting. I’m sure that one of the big reasons that BTS is able to do well is because of Hoseok’s position as the quiet and charismatic. Also, I’m sorry I told you to ride the balloon ride and that it wasn’t scary. To be honest it was scary when it tried to ride it too."
