Melon Music Awards (MMA) and Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) for this year were heldon 5th and 6th December respectively. BTS made their appearance on both award shows with mind-blowing performance and brought home multiple awards and Daesangs. They won all major awards for both MMA and MAMA 2020, including Song of the Year (Dynamite), Artist of the Year and Album of the Year (Maps Of The Soul: 7).

BTS also left viewers in awe with their jaw-dropping performances during both award shows. Jungkook, in particular, stole the shows with his stunning stage performance and killer looks. Media highlights Jungkook as the "hero" of the final stage of MAMA. In ON, Jungkook caused a fever on social media with his powerful vocal, stage dominance and striking visual. Jungkook truly owned the stage like "the main character of an action movie".

Jungkook did not only shine in the performance, his stunning looks at the red carpet and all through MAMA 2020 became the talk of the town too. A post about Jungkook's long hair was trending in hot category on Korean online community theqoo. The post garnered over 25,000 views and 400 comments.

Apparently, Jungkook's long slicked back hair from MAMA 2020 seems to be making huge impact around the world, as a boy from USA wanted his hair to be cut and styled just like Jungkook's. It was told that the boy is suffering from Aspergers so he usually refuse anything near his head or face, yet after seeing Jungkook's slicked back hair he voluntarily asked for a similar haircut. 

The hype did not stop there, as Jungkook's hairstyle gradually made multi-phase transformation throughout the night. Fans were raving about the mesmerizing transformation, and the amusing context behind it all. His different fits and styling for each stage performance also didn't go unnoticed,each style exudes a different vibe and Jungkook managed to pull off every single one of it perfectly.

Speaking of variation of style and how well Jungkook delivered, media also highlights the Golden Maknae as the focus of Melon Music Awards (MMA) 2020, for his perfect deliverance in transformation of his looks, style and aura in every performance. From the charming romantic guy with long, slightly curled bangs to the "bad boy" image with his hair slicked back, Jungkook nailed every style in every performance. 

In addition, media dubs Jungkook as "The Center of the World" and a "Stage Craftsman" for his top-tier performance in MMA 2020, having shown immense power that dominates the stage. 

Jungkook received tremendous praises and hype especially for his ballet dancing in 'Black Swan' with Jimin, as he danced flawlessly like a trained ballerina despite being "untrained". Both Jungkook and Jimin received countless praises, including those from people who were trained in ballet dancing. Some of the comments:

To top everything off, Tiara Andini, an Indonesian singer, actress, presenter and winner of 2020 MAMA's "Best New Asian Artist Indonesia" shared on her Instagram her wish to be on the same stage as Jungkook for next year's award event, as she couldn't fly to Seoul this year because of the pandemic. 

"Hopefully the pandemic will be over soon. I really wish to fly to Seoul and be on the same stage as Jungkook. I promise to come up with more amazing works in the future!"
