Jungkook is crowned #1 Hot 100 K-pop Idol 2020 with 14.5 million votes, taking over the throne from G-Dragon who won last year

The biggest international K-Pop voting website, King Choice had run the"Hot 100 K-Pop Idols Ranking 2020"poll, which closed on December 20.Many famous K-pop idols arenominated this year including all BTS, Blackpink, Twice and EXO members, G-Dragon, IU, Hwasa, Jackson Wang, Kim Jaejoong, Taemin, among many others.
Jungkook finished first place with a whopping 14,594,781 upvotes, after a neck-to-neck competition with Blackpink Lisa who finished second. Jungkook took over the throne from G-Dragon, who won "Hot 100 K-pop Idols Ranking 2019," last year with 3.2 million votes.
The Golden Maknae further cements his spot as the most sought-after K-pop idol through this win, beating another huge K-pop star i.e. Lisa and taking over the throne from the OG slash King of K-pop i.e. G-Dragon.
