'10th Gaon Chart Music Awards' to be held without any performances due to COVID-19 concerns

The '10th Gaon Chart Music Awards' will not be holding any stages.

Because of the increasing COVID-19 concerns and criticism that music show awards did not follow social distancing rules, the award show decided that they would not have any stages. Instead, the MCs - Super Junior's Leeteuk and ITZY's Lia - will be announcing the winners from the studio. Fans will have to watch the show to see who won each award.

'10th Gaon Chart Music Awards' will take place at 7PM KST on Janauary 13th on Mnet.

People will complain that there won't be any stages.

People will complain if there are due to corvid concerns.

- Literally a no win scenario for the producers.

With idols testing positive right now maybe it's better for all to air on the side of caution.
