Since their debut in 2013, BTS have taken the world into their stride. Their latest single Dynamite has broken a record yet again. Apart from this being their first complete English lyric song (they usually sing in Korean with a few English words or lines), it's also the first video to get the most views in 24 hours.
According to RM (Leader of BTS) they had no intention of doing an English song, but later the group decided to release one. He also said during the recording, the boys felt the song was perfect for the ongoing COVID-19 scenario. The song's mood and feel will definitely give a feeling of relief while listening to the song. The group is all ready to perform on the song at the upcoming 2020 MTV Video Music Awards on August 30th.
For our ARMY or K-pop fans who want to dress like our favorite septet, this post will be of interest to you.
V (BTS vocalist) says the melody and vibes will give you a cheerful experience, while Jimin specifically added that the visual direction credit goes to V, as V had taken the responsibility of the work. The group says the reason behind the release of the song was that the world is facing the coronavirus pandemic at this moment. And, they know how much the fans listen to their songs for relief. That's why they decided to do an English song that Army across the globe could understand and find strength during these hard times.
Jin (BTS vocalist) said the song is a message to join together and overcome this pandemic together. BTS also wanted to give a bonanza to their international Army who don't know Korean. The English song was made with them in mind.
Dynamite is such an amazing song!😍
