Dong-A Ilbo reports the Chief Prosecutor's office has requested an arrest warrant 7 months after the case was submitted.
Charges range from arranging prostitution for investors on 29 different occasions, distributing molka, embezzlement, and gambling.

Looks like the very same charges presented previously, I personally will wait and see if a trial is forthcoming. Looks like the military authority has told the prosecution to make their move or lose their chance. Just my humble opinion. I also believe the "29 incidents of pandering prostitution" have been in the original charges, the prosecution nor police were under any obligation to reveal details, prior to trial.
