TWICE is the Best Selling Korean Artist in Japan for 2019 According to Oricon Year End Sales Report

Oricon has released the Top 5 Artists in Japan for 2019 based on total sales this year and TWICE emerged as the best selling Korean artist on the list and 4th overall.

The Asia's One Top Girl Group has reportedly amassed a total of 5.196 billion yen in album sales followed by powerhouse Kpop group BTS with 5.185 billion yen

1. ARASHI - 20.332 billion yen
2. Nogizaka46 - 8.214 billion yen
3. King & Prince - 5.874 billion yen
4. TWICE - 5.196 billion yen
5. BTS - 5.185 billion yen

What a rollercoaster year it has been for these girls but I'm glad that they're achieving so much despite the many setbacks in 2019. Hope they celebrate well and that 2020 will be a better year not just for Twice but to the whole Kpop industry. Good job, Twice!

Also to BTS, their success is so inspiring. Congrats boys!
