Yup, and they sadly and understandably got a lot of backlash for it. My thing is, if you're a single fandom or a multi-fandom that's totally fine. But you can't go begging other fandoms to help your bias, literally what are they supposed to do? If they aren't a fan of his, why is this their fight, especially considering the fact that he and Starship have thus far both admitted that at least SOME of the accusations are true. I love both BTS and Monsta X, and while it hurts me to see Wonho go through this we need to be realistic. You can't expect other fandoms to save your bias if they in fact aren't fans of his, and while I hate how things went down for him people need to admit to themselves that a certain level of responsibility lies with Wonho. He withheld certain things for his company, so regardless of how and when they came out there was really nothing they could do to help him. We may care, but they are a business, so their main focus is profit and growth. Don't tarnish your fandom by stooping to this level, it will only bring more hate. Given the new scandals that are coming out about Monsta X, that is the LAST thing they need right now.
