The first Spanish K-Pop idol?

A few months ago, a new K-Pop dance cover show called ‘Stage K’ appeared where dancers from all over the world were given the chance to participate. In every episode there were different guest artists such as BoA, BLACKPINK, TWICE or EXO and the dancers had to show their skills using their idols’ songs.

During one of the first shows, a Spanish boy named Iván (Kilua on social media) boldly stated that his goal was to stay in South Korea and become part of a K-Pop group in the future. Sadly, he didn’t make it to the finals, but he did win the guests’ hearts and gained their interest.

We thought we wouldn’t hear from him again but were amazed to discover that he’s been worming his way into the Korean idol world and that he has appeared multiple times in different Korean dramas like “Mystic TV: Surprise”, where we have seen some well-known actors such as Yoo Jae Suk and Park Myung Soo.

It looks like he’s really on his way to the fame and we wish him all the best!
