Seoul Metropolitan Police confirm they are analyzing 'Produce X 101' staff member's phones for possible evidence

On October 28th, Seoul Metropolitan Police released a statement regarding the contents retrieved during the search and seizure raid of CJ E&M Entertainment. The police stated that they set out on seizing 4 staff members' phones.

They stated that the rumor that the court denied the warrants the day before was false and that the court has sided with the police for the analyzation of 4 staff members' phones.

"Regarding the allegations of voting manipulation in the audition program, we have obtained mobile phones from staff members after being granted four search and seizure warrants. We are currently in the process of analyzing data on the phones.

"Though it is true that some of our search and seizure warrants for some staff members were dismissed, the reports being made that none of our warrants were issued are false"
