Since the ‘Burning Sun’ case began at the beginning of the year, a lot of media attention has been on the Kpop group BIGBANG. Since the BS case, which created a focus around former member Seungri (Lee Seunghyun) it seems that the attention on the group is not going to die down anytime soon. Current member of the group Daesung has recently been involved in a controversy regarding his investment building in Gangnam, one of the running businesses (now closed down) within the building has been accused of acquiring prostitution services once again bringing attention to BIGBANG. 

It has now been revealed that a Korean media outlet (비즈한국 t/n Business Korea) has taken it upon themselves to check up on another member’s building. This member is Taeyang (Dong Youngbae).

Taeyang’s building is located in Hannam-Dong, Yongsan-Gu in Seoul, he purchased the building in May of 2016

The building has multiple businesses operating in its vicinity including a sushi restaurant, a gym, and a pharmacy. 

The media outlet was informed by Yongsan-Gu officials that checks on the building and the businesses within the buildings are done on a regular basis and everything is done above board 

Business Korea outlet, didn’t find anything that would warrant any investigations  

No comments from YG Entertainment, Taeyang or representatives have been made
