Hwang Hana has received sentencing for the alleged drug trafficking and use.

On the morning of the 19th, Judge Lee Won-seok of the Suwon District Court sentenced the Namyang Dairy granddaughter to a one year prison sentence suspended for two years probation. She was also ordered to attend 40 hours of drug treatment program and fined 2.2 million won (~$1,900).

After the trial, she held a meeting with reporters and said, "I won't appeal. I want to apologize to all those that suffered for my mistakes. I will live in reflection."

Regarding the controversy that her father was best friends with the police chief, she said, "It's not true."

Her ex-fiance Park Yoochun, who was also previously arrested for injecting drugs with her was also released recently on a suspended jail term.
