Lovelyz' Mijoo reveals she wears her outfit to bed to make more time for sleep

Lovelyz' Mijoo revealed her timesaving method. 

On the May 1 airing of JTBC4's 'My Mad Beauty 3,' the MCs discussed skincare routines then got into the topic of busy mornings. While sharing tips on how to reduce the time of getting ready, Mijoo surprised everyone by revealing, "On the day before music shows, I wear my outfit to bed." 


Mijoo explained idols have to get up 2-3 am in the morning to go to the salon and attend rehearsal and recording. In order to make more time for sleep, Mijoo decided to just wear her outfit to bed. 

Fellow MCs expressed shock, and said, "How do you live as an idol?" Mijoo brought laughter as she replied, "But I'm happy."

I can understand why she does that. Sleep is very important but some people don’t see it as such so they walk around sleep depraved instead of taking a nap or adjusting their schedule and that’s especially dangerous when operating a machine/vehicle or making decisions. No matter what your career choice is you should try your best to take care of yourself and in the case of sleep it’s important because there are several health risks that increase with a lack of or poor sleep.
