LM Entertainment plans to appeal court's ruling in favor of Kang Daniel, as many times as necessary

On May 11, representatives from LM Entertainment stepped up to confirm their intentions to appeal the court's first decision. 

Back on May 10, Kang Daniel's legal representative announced, "The Seoul Central District Court has accepted all clauses of Kang Daniel's request to nullify his exclusive contract with LM Entertainment." As a result of this ruling, Kang Daniel earns the legal ability to promote outside of his exclusive contract. 

However, LM Entertainment will be submitting an appeal against the court's above decision, immediately. The label stated, "We plan to appeal and argue against the injustice of this decision until the end. We will respond by all means necessary."

They clearly want to drag these as long as they can afford it. So Daniel can never get any peace of mind. Such a shitty agency.

Talk about obsession. They can appeal, but there's no way they can work together anymore. It's just making the company and the artists look bad.
