On May 16, representatives from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Office confirmed that former F.T. Island member Jonghun has been forwarded to prosecution for his latest charges of sexually assaulting a female with a group of men.
On this day, Jonghun simply responded to press questions asking, "Did you plan the crime in advance?", "Do you admit to your charges?", and more with, "I will participate in the investigation diligently. I'm sorry."
Another individual by the name of Kwon, also facing the same charges as Jonghun, was also forwarded to prosecution on this day. Kwon was previously revealed as the older brother of a popular girl group member.
