Expelling him does not equate to justice - this is a legal matter that should be handled in courts, not a university. Especially since as of now, there is no link between the school and his activities except for the fact that he attends. I in no way condone what he did, but I also believe that everyone has a right to an education. Denying his degree based on non-academic grounds unrelated to the school would be wrong; you do not have to be a good person to get a degree.

I mean, he did do wrong, but as it seems now, the school had nothing to do with the situation rn. He only has 1 month to go, and if went to his classes and worked hard, I feel he should have the right to earn his degree. He basically paid for it lol, but I do feel like he shouldn’t have the right to walk the stage and go to the graduation.
