Robert Holley, an expatriated American who is a popular South Korean television personality, was booked under the suspicion of purchasing illegal drugs online.
The Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency's Cyber Bureau revealed that he had allegedly purchased metamphetamine through the internet at his Seoul home. The police recently obtained evidence of the sale, and after conducting the investigation, took him into custody on the afternoon of April 8.
According to the police, he has already reportedly admitted to some of the charges. After some questioning, the police will decide whether or not he will be taken into custody.
Meanwhile, Robert Holley, who also goes by the Korean name 'Ha Il,' became famous throughout Korea after appearing on a number of variety programs. He made his Korean television debut in the early 2000s.
I guess its worse for him since he has a LAWYER license in Korea, so he surely knows the law better than others.
