IZ*ONE's Chaeyeon shared the secret behind her fluent Japanese.
On April 29, the members of IZ*ONE guested on tvN's 'Problematic Men.' Chaeyeon revealed to be the translator for the Japanese members because of her outstanding Japanese skills.
She impressed everyone in a Japanese free-talk with Lee Jang Won. When asked how she became so good in Japanese, Chaeyeon explained, "My agency taught me Japanese for about a year. I had strong desires for Japanese. My teacher sent me 3 words each day, and I always sent back a sentence using the 3 words. I also had a phone conversation in Japanese once a week."
