Arrest warrant dismissed for Burning Sun employee 'Anna'

On April 19, judge Shin Jong Yeol of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the arrest warrant for Burning Sun employee 'Anna.'

Judge Shin stated, "The charges on drug use have been accepted but charges on drug distribution have been excluded from her crime. There's not enough (to arrest her)" and said, "She has no history of a drug-related crime and it's also difficult to accept the need for an arrest considering her current resident situation."

'Anna' is accused of selling drugs to VIP customers at Burning Sun. She has also tested positive on the drug test.

To be expected when the police who Burning Sun were paying off are in charge of investigating Burning Sun.

Don't expect much evidence to be presented when the police are actively cleaning up the scene.
