Actress Soo Hyun talked about her audition for her role as Nagini.

On the March 9th episode of 'Point of Omniscient Interference', Soo Hyun recalled auditioning for the role as a snake in 'Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald'. Most importantly, she shared that the producers did not inform her about being a snake, initially.

"The audition process was extremely difficult. They told me to transform into a snake. I did not know that I was supposed to be a snake...they had told me, 'you will transform into an animal.' It later turned out to be a snake," shared Soo Hyun.

After learning on the spot that her role was Nagini, Soo Hyun recalled imagining her own spine breaking. "I twisted my entire body," she said, while reenacting the moment with the fierce change of gaze as a snake. 

In spite of the proposed controversy regarding the role's casting, Soo Hyun was applauded on the variety program by fellow guests for her professional acting skills.
