According to an exclusive report on March 6, the 4th season of Mnet's 'Produce' series 'Produce X101' will be introducing even more alarming, new elements to the competition.
Following previous reports which stated that the winning group of 'Produce X101' will sign on for a 5-year contract (Exclusive for 2 years and 6 months, followed by 2 years and 6 months allowing activities outside of the group), the latest report revolving the idol survival show is that a new rank lower than 'F' has been introduced to the male trainees - 'Rank X'.
In former 'Produce' seasons, the lowest rank that a trainee could receive was 'Rank F', the highest being 'Rank A'. In 'Produce X101', the highest rank will remain 'A', but those who are deemed even unfit for 'Rank F' will be placed in 'Rank X'.
Meanwhile, the contestants of 'Produce X101' began recording back on March 4. This season will be hosted by a brand new nation's producer representative Lee Dong Wook, alongside trainers Cheetah, Lee Suk Hoon, Shin Yoo Mi, Kwon Jae Seung, and more.
