Police have received relevant confession to support claims against Seungri.
The Seoul District Police revealed, "We have received quite a relevant confession related to Seungri's charges on acting as a liaison to prostitution. We are also looking into suspicions of overseas prostitution and gambling." The police said they could not reveal the details of the confession as investigations were underway, but said, "It's about what most people know."
On Seungri's upcoming enlistment and his decision to submit a request for delay, the police said, "He said he would request a delay, and the Military Manpower Administration also said they would look into it. Investigations will continue whether he goes or not. It won't cause a problem to the investigation. We will be sending a request for compliance to the MMA on Seungri's investigations."
Well, this just confirms most people's suspicions. He's a bigger fish to catch than people like JJY, so they have more investigations that need confirmations before he can be handed all his official charges. It makes sense that he'd want to delay his official enlistment for a few reasons. One, it's going to be hell for him on the inside, and two, it will be more difficult for him to have constant contact and correspondence with his lawyers. They'll let him out for official summons for court, but he won't be able to just call his legal team whenever he needs. So he definitely wants to be on the outside for that- whether or not they let him is another story.
