Former Wanna One member Kang Daniel recently attempted to terminate his contract.
On March 3, a source from the idol's agency LM Entertainment revealed the scoop to a Korean press outlet.
The news came in shortly after reports that Kang Daniel's fans have been publicly criticizing the agency for not supporting his career sufficiently. Among their complaints is the lack of activity on the idol's official fan cafe, which they argue has been more or less neglected since its creation. However, they heard no feedback from the agency for three weeks.
Fans have also been concerned about the lack of activity on the idol's official Instagram account, which recently came to a halt after he had been regularly using it to communicate with fans. The last update was made on February 3.
Meanwhile, the source says that LM Entertainment is currently working on clearing up misunderstandings with their artist and continuing work on his solo debut, which is expected around April.
C’mon, LM!! You only have two artists who you only just signed and youre having problems already?! Somebody please rescue Daniel and Jisung from ths crappy label!
