Yoochun has been sued for over 100 million KRW (approximately 88,000 USD) in sexual assault damages.

According to YTN Star, 'S' sued Yoochun last year on December 13th for 100 million KRW in damages. She is the second woman who had sued Yoochun for sexual assault, claiming he sexually assaulted her on December 16th, 2016. She had requested his studio in Samsung-dong, worth about 100 million KRW, to be attached to the lawsuit. On March 12th, the court granted her request and seized the apartment.

Yoochun will still be able to use his apartment for his own use, but he will not be able to sell it or transfer it to anyone else through the duration of the lawsuit. If she wins her lawsuit, the studio will most likely become hers as it will be used for the damages payment.

'S' revealed that there was still a lot of time left in her statute of limitations, and she was waiting to see if he would apologize without a lawsuit. However, as that did not happen, she decided to go with her lawsuit.
