Former F.T. Island member Jonghun (29) has been booked for charges of suggesting bribery to an on-site police officer at the time of his DUI offense. 

On March 21, representatives from police revealed, "Currently, Choi has been booked for suggesting monetary and material bribes on site to a police officer. The police officer involved at the time recently gave testimony of the bribery against Choi." The police officer is revealed to have denied the bribe, but it has yet to be determined if any monetary or material exchange occurred between Jonghun and the officer. 

Furthermore, police reps revealed that singer Jung Joon Young's lawyer has also been booked for crimes of attempting to destroy evidence, by claiming that Jung Joon Young's phone was left at a repair shop and unretrievable.
