Three young women have been arrested for inhaling 'happy balloons' (balloons filled with Nitrous oxide/laughing gas).
On March 7, the Gangnam Police Department revealed they've arrested and are investigating a 24-year-old woman 'A' and two other women in their 20s for the use of 'happy balloons' at a home in Gangnam.
According to the police, around 10:30 pm KST on March 6, the 3 women inhaled nitrous oxide with two inhalers at a home in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam. The police arrived at A's residence after receiving reports about whipping gas capsules in the residential dumpster and discovered a total of 5,700 whipping gas capsules.
The 3 women revealed to have continuously inhaled the drug ever since 'A' moved to the residence 3 months ago.
Meanwhile, 'happy balloons' have been gaining great attention lately after Big Bang's Seungri was accused of inhaling the drug at a club in Vietnam.
Now called Seungri-balloons.
Sometimes I wonder if the people who deny his wrong doings are inhaling their own happy balloons.
it would explain a lot.
