The East Light's Lee Suk Chul and his brother Lee Seung Hyun have submitted a request of arbitration to Media Line Entertainment.
On February 13, the Lee brothers' legal representative told Xports News, "Today, we've submitted an arbitration application for payments to the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board."
The lawyer stated, "Media Line has never paid the kids. The agency didn't provide dorms, and they (the kids) paid the lesson fees on their own. We're in the process of checking how the finances worked," and added, "We also have to decide on how the earnings from albums, etc. will be divided in the future."
Meanwhile, the Lee brothers and Media Line Entertainment are in a legal battle surrounding abuse and physical assault.
I don't think they sold enough to make that big of profits to pay the singers but the fact they didn't provide neither dorms nor lessons makes them not only an abusive company but an incompetent one too.
