Seventeen's Vernon will be taking a hiatus from activities due to issues with his eyes.

On February 8, Pledis Entertainment informed fans, "The state of Vernon's eye health was not good today, and he was recommended by a physician to rest. Until the condition of his eyes improve, he'll be resting as recommended by the specialist. He won't be able to attend the upcoming fan signing event on February 8 and 9. The fan signing will continue with 12 members excluding Vernon... We'll update everyone on whether or not he will attend other upcoming scheduled events. We sincerely apologize to fans for the sudden news and causing worry. We'll do our best so Vernon recovers to a healthy state in a short time and will be able to greet fans again."
