Kim Jae Hwan's agency Swing Entertainment has released a statement on his personal information leak.
Previously, the Wanna One member's label announced they would not be taking legal action against malicious comments, but another incident has caused further issues for the idol star. On January 25, Swing Entertainment explained, "On January 25 at 2AM, Kim Jae Hwan's personal ID and contact information were spread after getting posted to a community site. We've confirmed the leaker took Kim Jae Hwan's login ID that was briefly shown when the fan cafe first opened and used it to search his other personally identifying information on Google."
The agency apologized to Kim Jae Hwan and his fans for the leak and confirmed his contact information and login IDs will be deleted or changed following the leak, which included a phone number that is no longer in use by the Wanna One member. Swing Entertainment also stated they would be taking legal action against those attempting to defame the star by using his leaked usernames or attempting to collect or leak his private information.
Stay tuned for updates on Kim Jae Hwan.
