GOT7 shared why some members couldn't participate on 'Real Thai.'

On January 7, the press conference for GOT7's new XtvN reality show took place at IFC Mall in Seoul. GOT7 members Mark, Youngjae, and BamBam, along with producer Lee Won Hyung attended the event. Jinyoung couldn't join the press conference due to his solo schedule. 

The 4 GOT7 members mentioned above are appearing on 'Real Thai' and JB, Jackson, and Yugyeom are not part of the cast. Regarding the 4-member format, Mark explained, "We couldn't all be together due to our schedules." BamBam added, "It would've been similar to an ordinary reality show with all 7 members. We wanted to show a new side. You can expect to see new sides of us with the unexpected combination."

Lee PD also commented, "Variety shows are more difficult with many members. I believed I had to take Mark and BamBam - the most popular members in Thailand and I couldn't leave out the vocal line so Youngjae and Jinyoung joined."

Meanwhile, the first episode of 'Real Thai' is scheduled to air on January 16.
