SHINee's Key talked about his diet and weight.
On the December 5 airing of SBS Love FM's 'Song Eun Yi and Kim Sook's Unnies' Radio,' one listener sent in a question for Key, asking, "SHINee had many skinny outfits during promotions. How do you go on a diet?"
Key answered, "I'm the type that has a difficult diet." He explained, "I'm the type that easily gains weight. During SHINee promotions, I lost weight because I was upset. During the fitting, the stylist would say, 'Don't think this will work. You need a bigger size (because it's too small on you).' I lost weight because that was uncomfortable."

Key also shared, "I lost 10kg (22lbs) and maintained that weight for 3 years." The DJs expressed shock and asked for his dieting method. Key revealed, "I didn't eat any refined carbs for a year. Bread and rice never touched my mouth, and I lost weight."
