SHINee's Key revealed he hasn't thrown out his late grandmother's food in 4 years.
On the November 21st installment of tvN's 'Soo Mi's Banchan', Key shared he was a fan of the show, saying, "I always have it on when I eat meals. I also pay to see the VODs. More than anything, I grew up under my grandmother, and when she made me banchan (side dishes), she never explained to me what any of the dishes were."
He continued, "I couldn't find my grandma's pumpkin stir fry recipe, and I followed yours while watching the show. It turns out I was missing salted and fermented anchovy meat. I liked watching this program and tasting everything. I'm really grateful for this program."
Key concluded, "It's been 4 years since my grandmother passed away, and I still haven't been able to throw away the banchan she made. I can't eat it, but I can't throw it away either."

Aww. I know that feeling.
My one grandma (my mother's mom; my father's mom died long before I was born) was a total talented magician in the kitchen who started cooking for money to help her family out when she was still a child - everything she did was all in her head, she never used any written-down recipe.
I grew up sitting in her kitchen watching her work; thanks to that, I can cook and bake just about anything - she gave me a great foundation upon which to build. Thanks gramma!
I miss her too.
